Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.

O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console;

A POWERFUL SPIRITUAL HEALING TREATMENT

PRAYER AND PROCEDURE TO CLEAR FROM TRAUMA

Go back through your lifetime, beginning with as far back as you can remember, and see, as you move forward, if there is anything that you need to look at. Every time you stop to look at something, then it needs to be cleared, no matter how insignificant you may feel it is...the fact that you stopped is Spirit's way of telling you that you need to look at it. Then, review the trauma, and envision the person(s) involved with the situation. See him/her in front of your face, and tell them how this situation made you feel. This is extremely important, as you were not able to do so at the time, and it is all bottled up inside of you...and needs to be released.(Note: this is a safe way for you to tell them of your pain, as they cannot hurt you again, using this procedure). Express ALL your emotions...hate, anger, hurt, feelings of abandonment, feelings of being unworthy, and feelings of"what did I do to deserve this?". Scream, beat on a pillow, rant and rave...just do it until all the emotions are released(and, it is better to do this while you are alone, as you might scare someone with your primal screams). When you finally stop, then you are ready to forgive them, and you might wish to use this prayer that Spirit taught me...but, before you do, ask the Archangels Metatron and Uriel to be with you, and assist you as you do your releasing...here is the prayer:

I forgive you( the person's name here)...do not mention the trauma...just the name.
I bless this forgiveness, and I send it to The Light.
And, I ask God to take this burden from my heart, my shoulders, and from the very depths of my soul, so it will NEVER affect me again. AND SO IT IS!
And, I forgive myself, for not acting properly in the situation.

And now as you begin to release this burden, envision a shaft of Pure White Light coming down, and ask Metatron and Uriel to lift the burden from you and take it into The Light...and, you will actually see this happen. Once that burden goes into The Light, it will NEVER come back...it is a one-way street. And, you are cleared of this forever.
You should be sure to thank Spirit, and the Archangels for their assistance.


When you are in a situation, and you react in a negative manner, then you have not acted properly. Every situation just is...it is neither positive, nor negative...it just is. However you react is what gives it energy. EVERY situation is there for your spiritual advancement...instead of reacting in the negative...look at it as an opportunity...it's for your own good, even though, at the time, it sure as hell may not seem to be so. Whenever you react negatively, then you are resisting what is...and that can lead to a lot of emotional turmoil that you really don't need in your life...it is the cause of almost all illness.

I invoke the presence of the Sacred, the presence of the Divine. I invoke the power of the Chakras, the Sacraments and the Tree of Life. Awaken and be active with me.

Divine Spirit, bring me into union with you. Remove the obstacles that keep me from the experience of your presence. Let me clearly perceive your guidance. Walk with me into my mysteries; replace my fears with Faith. Give me the capacity to abide in mystery full time. I give up the need to know why things happen as they do. I surrender my will to your Will. Let me feel your presence as much in change as in tranquility.

Show me the purpose for which I have been born. Align my energy to Divine purpose. I accept the task that emerges. Speed up my evolution. Show me things energetically, rather than have me live them. Take away my distractions, false voices, my illusions and misconceptions. Show me my shadow side, and what I'm here to learn. I call my Spirit back into present time. I unplug my energy from the people, places and things into whom and into which I have invested it. They are helping me fulfill my sacred contract, as I am helping them with theirs.

POWERFUL SPIRITUAL CLEANSING OF YOUR DWELLING

You will need the Bible, a candle, and incense.

Light the candle and incense. Open your Bible to the Book of Psalms. Whichever Psalm catches your eye, that is God's message to you for the day. Meditate on this special Psalm.

Weather permitting, open a door and a window. Then, take the lighted incense and walk throughout your entire dwelling saying the following mantra in a strong, demanding voice.

I command all evil spirits, all negative forces, all negative energy to get out of my dwelling NOW, in the name of Jesus, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, with the help of the Angels and Archangels, especially Michael and my Guardian Angel, and Mary, Queen of Angels.

Continue this mantra until you have covered your dwelling.

To start, do this Spiritual Cleansing for 9 days, 3 days in honor of the Father, 3 days in honor of the Son, and 3 days in honor of the Holy Spirit. If possible, do this at the same time every day.

The result will be a tremendous reduction in negative energy and the depression that accompanies it.

For those of you who are not Christian, modify this according to your own beliefs. The goal is to bring positive energy, along with the Angel of Abundance, into your daily surroundings. A Definition of Unconditional Love

I love you as you are, as you seek to find your own special way to relate to the world, or the way you feel that is right for you. It is important that you are the person you want to be and not someone that I or others think you should be. I realize that I cannot know what is best for you, although perhaps sometimes I think I do. I've not been where you have been, viewing life from that angle you have, I do not know what you have chosen to learn, how you have chosen to learn it, with whom or in what time period. I have not walked life looking through your eyes, so how can I know what you need?

I allow you to be in the world without a thought or word of judgment from me about the deeds you undertake. I see no error in the things you say and do, in this place where I am. I see that there are many ways to perceive and experience the different facets of our world. I allow without reservation the choices you make in each moment.

I make no judgment of this for if I were to deny your right to evolution then I would deny that right to myself and all others. To those who would choose a way I cannot walk, while I may not choose to add my power and my energy to this way, I will never deny you the gift of love that God has bestowed within me for all creation, as I love you so I shall be loved, as I sow, so I shall reap.

I allow you the universal right of free will to walk your own path, creating steps or to sit a while if that is what is right for you. I will make no judgment of these steps, whether they are large or small, nor light or heavy or that they lead up or down, for this is just my viewpoint. I see you do nothing and judge it to be unworthy and yet it may be that you bring great healing as you stand blessed by the light of God.

I cannot always see the higher picture of divine order. For it is the inalienable right of all life to choose their own evolution and with great love I acknowledge your right to determine your future. In humility I bow to the realization that the way I see is best for me does not have to mean that it is also right for you. I know that you are led as I am, following the inner excitement to know your own path.

I know that the many races, religions, customs, nationalities and beliefs within our world bring us great richness and allow us the benefit of teachings of such diverseness. I know we each learn in our own unique way in order to bring that love and wisdom back to the whole. I know that if there were only one way to do something, there would need to be only one person.

I will not only love you if you behave in a way I think you should, or believe in those things I believe in, I understand you are truly my brother and sister though you may have been born in a different place and believe in another God than I.

The love I feel is for all of God's world. I know that every living thing is part of God and I feel a love deep with every person, and all trees and flowers, every bird, river, and ocean, and for all the creatures in all the world. I live my life in loving service being the best me I can, becoming wiser in the perfection of divine truth, becoming happier in the joy of unconditional love.
